CRM Accounts
CRM accounts are the enterprises with whom you have opportunities or deals with. CRM Account is necessary to create a deal. Each CRM Account has following fields
- Name (mandatory)
- Contact Email
- Phone Number
- Postal Address (Country mandatory)
- Website
- Description
- Type
- Industry vertical
- Annual Revenue
- Number of employees
- Logo image
Using the menu in the navigation bar you can
- list CRM accounts you are connected with
- add a new CRM account
- import from underlying CRM
- edit CRM accounts (only those you have created)
When adding a deal you will be
- asked to select an existing CRM Account to associate the deal with
When viewing the executive dashboard you can
- sort the pipeline by CRM Accounts associated with the various deals.
Listing CRM Accounts:
You can list the CRM accounts which you have created or you are connected with because of the deals you are involved in.
To list CRM Accounts
- click on
menu in the navigation bar
- it displays list like this
- note - the Edit link is available only for accounts you have created.
Adding CRM Accounts:
You can add CRM Account before adding a deal.
To add CRM Account
- click on
menu in the navigation bar
- click on
in the crm account list it displays
- the add account form appears
- enter the necessary information
- click on save.
Editing CRM Accounts:
You can edit CRM Accounts which you have created.
To edit CRM Account
- click on
menu in the navigation bar
- The account list appears
- click on
icon besides the account you want to edit
- The edit account form appears
- make the necessary changes
- click on save.
Using the CRM Account:
When you create a new deal in DealWall you will be asked to select a CRM Account for that deal or you can create a new one at that time. For more details click here.
