Login Screen
Once you have registered yourself with DealWall app, you can log on to DealWall. You may access DealWall using the iOS or Android native app or Web browser based app.
This screen also provides option to
- reset your password
- sign up as a new user
Android Users:
To log on to DealWall, perform the following steps:
- Tap on the DealWall icon on the home screen.
- You will be directed to the login page. Type your user name and password, and tap on Login to access DealWall.
Web Browser Users:
To log on to DealWall, perform the following steps:
- Visit the A2O MOBILE Web site (www.a2omobile.com) and click the link to DealWall, Or goto https://dealwall.a2omobile.com/
- You are directed to the DealWall login page. Type your user name and password, and click Login to access DealWall.
Logging on to DealWall for the First Time
After completing the registration process, when you log on to DealWall for the first time, there are certain one time actions you will be asked to go through -
- if you provided GMail as your email source during registration you have to give your consent for DealWall to access your Google Mail/Calendar/Drive
- if you provided Office 365 as your email source you have to give your consent for DealWall to access Mail/Calendar/SharePoint
- If you provided email source as "None" this step is skipped.
- If you provided CRM Source as Salesforce during the registration, you will be asked to give consent for DealWall to access Salesforce opportunities / accounts.
Note: DealWall does not store your e-mail contents, but it scans them to associate them to their respective Deals.
Why Does DealWall need the consent to Google Mail/Drive/Calendar or Office 365 Services.
- DealWall intelligently tags emails and calendar invites to appropriate Deals and shows them as activities for that Deal.
- DealWall allows you to read and send emails and calendar invites from within the app.
- DealWall allows you to browse, share and upload files to online repositories like GDrive or SharePoint.
Authentication Consent to DealWall
- Once you give your consent to DealWall
- DealWall can import your publicly available online profile including picture.
- DealWall can scan your inbound email / calendar invites periodically and intelligently tag them to particular deals in your DealWall account.
- DealWall does not store the emails in its database.
- DealWall can fetch the email / calendar invite along with attachment and present it to your for review within the app.
- Similarly when you compose and send an email from within DealWall, it is sent on your behalf using the consent.
- Similarly when you generate a new calendar invite from within DealWall it is sent on your behalf using the consent provided.
- DealWall uses the consent to Google Drive or Office 365 Sharepoint to allow you to browse the files in the underlying repositories
- DealWall does not store the files in its database.
- When you share a file from these repositories with other users from within DealWall, it uses the APIs provided by GDrive or Sharepoint to share the files on your behalf.
- Similarly when you upload a file to the repositories from within DealWall, it uses the APIs provided by GDrive or Sharepoint to upload the files on your behalf.
Why Does DealWall need the consent to SalesForce?
- DealWall has a bi-directional connector to SalesForce.
- Through this connector DealWall can import opportunities along with the Accounts and Contacts from SFDC and show them as Deals within DealWall.
- Any changes you make to the Deals within DealWall are automatically updated back to SFDC.
- Once you give your consent to DealWall
- DealWall can import new opportunities from SFDC to DealWall.
- Any changes you make to the Deals in DealWall are updated back to SFDC.
Giving Consent to DealWall for GMail Users
After you login to DealWall you will be guided towards GMail and complete the consent (oAuth) process
- you will be asked to login to your GMail account - enter the same GMail username with which you logged into DealWall. (if you are already logged into GMail from another browser tab this step is skipped)

- Note: this screen is presented by GMail and as such the GMail password is entered into GMail directly - DealWall does not see it or store it.
- Next you will be presented with the consent screen - click on Allow
- Flow will return to DealWall Home page.
Giving Consent to DealWall for Office 365 Users
After you login to DealWall you will be guided towards Office 365 and complete the consent (oAuth) process
- you will be asked to login to your Office365 account - enter the same Office 365 username with which you logged into DealWall. (if you are already logged into Office 365 from another browser tab this step is skipped)
- Flow will return to DealWall Home page.
Giving Consent to DealWall for Salesforce Users
After completing your GMail consent or Office 365 consent and you have selected Salesforce as your CRM Source you will be guided through the SalesForce consent (oAuth) process.
- you will be asked to enter your CRM Access URL - by default it is "salesforce.com" - however if your enterprise is using a customised salesforce URL enter it here and click on Save
- it will present the Salesforce login screen - enter the salesforce account with which you want DealWall to be connected , then click on Login
- Note : this screen is presented from SalesForce and DealWall has no access to the credentials you enter here -
- Flow will return automatically to DealWall.
- you will now be asked to set the import criteria - this list the stages currently provisioned in SalesForce - only opportunities with the stages you select here will be imported during the import process.
- Select the stages and click on Save - You can modify this later from the Services menu
- This completes the "first time login" process and the DealWall Home page is visible.
